We work post-construction sites in three passes with a settling period between them, using HEPA vacuums rather than pushing dust around with a dry cloth.

On every single visit
- Rough pass: debris, sticker and adhesive removal, gross dust pull-down
- HEPA vacuuming of walls, ceilings, vents, ledges and floors
- Paint spec, caulk and compound removal from glass and fixtures
- Detail pass on cabinets, trim, hardware, outlets and switch plates
- Final settling pass after dust has had time to fall
- Window interior glass, tracks and frames cleaned to a finish standard

Final settling pass
We return after the air has cleared to remove the second layer of dust that always appears — this is the pass others skip.
